Prusa "Organic Supports" are based on this Tree Support 2.0 Fork for Cura btw. (Prusa adds a bit on top to improve them even further) If you're interested and can't wait or are too annoyed by Cura's default Tree supports, you can try them out over there. I'm 4h into a 24h print using organic supports, avoid curling overhangs, extra permieters on overhangs and dynamic overhang speed. It's overall only about an hour faster estimated time than it was with 2.5, but the quality due to the overhang changes is a major improvement.The extrusion widths are maybe ok for the old type of supports but to me it looks like organic supports requires a thicker extrusion, think of them a bit like a vase mode print, so try setting the extrusion width for supports to 0.45 or even 0.5mm in Print Settings>Advanced>Extrusion width. Also try slowing down.
