It will usually give you more questions/chances. I would be interested to know that statistics of passing/failing at 75. I’m gonna keep this short, but I just took the NCLEX and had all 145 questions. I was certain I failed on the 2 hour drive home, but I just did the Pearson Vue trick and got the good pop up! I did around 50-100 questions a day. I completed Lippincott Q&A NCLEX-PN's comprehensive tests, slowly. I would do about 20 questions then go back and mark correct or incorrect, then I would read the rationale and write out a brief summary in my own words. I completed all of UWorld's test bank for "Adult Health" and augmented my notes accordingly. I took my NCLEX for the second time today and only had 75 questions and got the good pop up. You know they’re supposed to be gross, horrifying and revolting — but somehow, you just can’t look away. Watching pimple popping videos is a guilty pleasure that millions of people...I took the NCLEX on Saturday and came out as if KNOWING I FAILED because there were so many questions that I was not confident on.
